Two complete days of rain were not in the plans for our backpacking experience through Glacier National Park, but the weather in the park is always unpredictable. Completely exhausted, making our way over Stoney Indian Pass, I turned around and was greeted with the remarkable view of these cliffs. Not only does this photo capture the scale of the mountains in Glacier National Park, but it reminds me of the ever-changing weather in amazing landscapes like this.
